2. What data I collect
When you use the contact form I receive the data you type: name, country of residence, email, phone number, whether you are buying or selling, area, stage of the operation and any message. The form also records, if you accepted advertising cookies, the Google Ads click identifier and the campaign parameters of the link you came from, and in any case the address of the page you used. If you call, email or write by WhatsApp, I receive the data you share in that contact.

I do not take automated decisions or build profiles about you.
4. Who receives your data
- Netlify, Inc., which hosts this website and receives the form submissions. It acts as my processor and is based in the United States, so transfers rely on safeguards recognised by the GDPR in Chapter V.
- Google Ireland Limited, only if you accept advertising cookies, to measure the results of my Google Ads campaigns. Google may transfer data to the United States under the safeguards it describes in its own terms.
- Providers of email and IT services that support my professional activity, as processors.
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to contact me by WhatsApp. It acts under its own privacy policy.
I do not sell your data. I disclose it to authorities only when the law requires it.
5. How long I keep it
I keep your data for as long as needed to answer your enquiry. If no engagement follows, I delete it once it is no longer needed for that purpose. If you become a client, I keep it for the periods set by law and, afterwards, blocked while liabilities may arise.
6. Professional secrecy
What you tell me is covered by the professional secrecy that applies to lawyers.
7. Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and object to the processing, and you can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the processing already done. Write to cbaboth@babot-aranguren.com and attach a copy of an identity document if I need to verify who you are. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
8. Changes
I may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version.
